Some transformations do not begin with confidence. They begin with exhaustion. With the realization that the old way of surviving is no longer sustainable.
I think a lot of women are standing in that place right now: between identities, between timelines, between who they were taught to be and who they actually are beneath the conditioning. And what’s difficult about these seasons is that from the outside they can look like failure, confusion, collapse, or uncertainty.
But internally? Something sacred is awakening. The old masks stop working.The body and soul become tired of performing. The nervous system refuses to keep carrying the impossible pressure. The spirit starts demanding truth.
This is part of why I’m so drawn to Lilith work, shadow work, initiation work, and transformational containers. Because real rebirth is rarely aesthetic at first. It is messy.Raw. Honest. Disorienting. But ultimately, liberating.
It asks you to reclaim the parts of yourself that were buried for survival:your rage, your desire, your voice, your intuition, your boundaries, your fire. The women entering my world lately are not asking for shallow inspiration anymore.
